Sharing A Session
Sharing a session enables me to temporarily view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

 

Launch CrossLoop
After the installation has finished, you can open CrossLoop at any time by clicking the icon on your desktop or by opening the program from the start menu. If you have not done so already, download CrossLoop here: http://www.crossloop.com/TCSRemoteTech

 

Get Your Access Code
Click on the Share tab in the CrossLoop application window. The Access code is a randomly generated 12-digit number used to encrypt data sent between computers. Then, either by phone or Instant Message, tell me your Access Code. Finally, click the Connect button.

Allow the Connection
Once I've recieved your Access Code, I'll attempt to connect to your PC. A window will come up to show the connection. Click the Yes or Allow button to allow me temporary access to your PC. Your session should begin momentarily.

 

Don't be surprised to see the mouse pointer move across the screen - that's me taking control and doing my work. Sit back and enjoy the show... Just please try to resist the temptation to move the mouse and click on things...

 

When we're all done, there's a "Disconnect" button that either of us can use to disconnect. But don't worry.. I'll take care of that.
